Sixers Fix with Scott Ninnis this week comes to you smack bang in the middle of a double-header for the Adelaide 36ers against the Brisbane Bullets but it still contains all your favourite segment plus our special guest is a Grand Final captain of the club.
The official Adelaide 36ers podcast is back this week and our timing couldn't be better hot off on the heels of the terrific win in Brisbane for the Sixers on Saturday night against the Bullets. We dissect that performance straight after it happened with so much to like about it to bounce back from the loss at home the previous week against the Sydney Kings.
Hosts Chris Pike and Scott Ninnis discuss everything about that performance thanks to AllStar Photos (www.allstarphotos.com.au) and then announce the latest votes in the Premium Wine Tours (www.premiumwinetours.com.au) Player of the Year Award.
It's then time to announce another winner in our Australian Motors Mitsubishi (www.australianmotors.com.au) Player of the Week Award and we do that draw live during the show with the lucky listener winning a prize pack.
We then have our special guest of the week thanks to Sports Card World (www.sportscardworld.com.au). It's none other than former 36ers captain Adam Gibson. The longest-serving current NBL player spent four seasons in Adelaide and it was great to catch up with him reflect back on those years, to talk about how he sees things now and also with a view to looking ahead to the future.
It is then onto #AsktheCoach with Conner Henry thanks to Sports Card World as we give the listeners the chance to ask the coach anything they wish with one lucky listener to win a special prize on the back of it.
We're then back to discuss the departure of Donald Sloan, arrival of Jeremy Kendle, the long-term import plans, the upcoming NBL Cup and of course, preview Monday's rematch with the Bullets at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.
